STARTUP 2004

Firstcall H Resource was established in 2004 by Mr. Ashok Gogia and started its journey as a proprietorship firm. We engaged with a handful of clients like GE, IBM, Wipro, HCL, EXL, WNS for their volume and mid-level positions across Business Processes while BPOs were a nascent industry in India.

GRADUATION : In 2011

In 2011, we expanded our vision into a Private Limited entity that emerged for hiring Senior Management Roles in more complex domains like Knowledge Services (KPO), IT Technologies, BFSI, Investment Banking, Telecom and by now we were successfully partnering with Global Shared Services like March & McLennan , Principal Group, AXA Business Services along with Big 4s like Ernst & Young and Deloitte.
